1) Use Stevia (not truvia) as your sweetener. It has zero calories and does not affect blood sugar levels. I like the one I sell at HG.
2) Drink it black.
3) If you must make it blonde, use Almond Milk or Coconut Coffee Creamer (only 10 calories per tablespoon.)
4) Avoid soy creamers or soy anything for that matter.
5) Only drink 2 cups per day.
6) Buy organic coffee, the taste is amazing!
7) Drink decaf when you can.
