Registration Updates
In the ongoing effort to preserve the Gypsy Vanner Horse breed there have been some changes in the Registration rules for registering horses into the GVHS Studbooks. You can also view the changes on the website at www.vanners.org These changes are effective Jan 1st.

......from the Registrar There has been some changes to the registration form. Be sure you use the new form that is on the website or email to have one sent to you. You can also do registrations online.
The University of Kentucky Lab has been receiving some DNA samples to their old address. Be sure you are using the current DNA form that is sent to you or you can print it off the website. If you use old forms it can result in the loss of the sample or the delay in receiving the report.
Now is a good time to get those horses registered. The cost to register your weanlings goes up once they are 6 months of age, so don't delay. Gypsy Vanner Horse Society
