Beat the competition on any term sale by 20% - 25%!

 

The majority of term sales are for personal income replacement protection.

 

Instead of selling a lump-sum product, sell a Protective Life product that pays a monthly benefit to the beneficiary.

 

A traditional 20 year term policy for $1 million on a M-45 Pref NTU has an annual cost of $1,339.

 

Protective's Income Protection Option pays the beneficiary a $100,000 lump sum plus $3,750 per month for 20 years for a total payout of $1 million.    The annual cost is only $1,072...a savings of 20%.

Life Plans  

 

Effective immediately, United of Omaha's guaranteed UL (GUL) plan includes a guaranteed Return of Premium rider at no cost to tMOOhe client.  On the 15th, 20th and 25th anniversary of the policy, the  policy owner has a 60 day window in which to surrender the policy for a return of premiums paid.

 

Transamerica's individual GUL and survivor GUL policies have a similar return of premium feature that can be exercised on the 15th, 20th, or 25th anniversaries, or any anniversary thereafter.

 

The neat thing about these GUL return of premium features is that this is guaranteed cash that can be counted on from day-one, it is not based on any current assumptions or rates. It is guaranteed. Call for complete details on the United of Omaha and Transamerica plans.

Full underwriting vs. simplified underwriting...which is better?  It depends on your client.

Most people assume simplified issue is better because it doesn't require exams and labs.  But, if your client is healthy and can qualify via full underwriting for Preferred rates, the results can be as much as a 35% greater leveraging affect.  For someone putting $100K into a hybrid product, this can equate to $144K more for LTC and $48K more in death benefit.

 

Simplified issue plans typically only offer Standard rates on an accept-or-reject basis.  Fully underwritten plans not only offer Preferred rates, but can also be substandard.
