Two important updates:

  • Traditional Multi-Year Fixed rates are rising...as high as 3.75% for 10 years and 2.50% for 5 years, all from an A+(Superior) rated carrier.
  • Premium bonuses are rising, as well...as high as 11%.  This means a $100,000 deposit becomes $111,000 on day-one of the annuity contract. 

Also, a reminder to stop selling Income Riders!  Lincoln National's new deferred SPIA will beat any income rider you can compare it to.

  • Download our mobile app for term and GUL spreadsheets.
  • Go to our website and sign up for XRAE - it's a neat underwriting tool that tells you the rate class or ratings on a specific history from all of our carriers, and gives you the pricing, too.  This is something your admin should be using.  It will save you and your clientele much frustration.
  • Visit the Paperless App Alternatives tab on our website to learn about iGo e-App and iGo Dropticket.  "iGo" stands for In Good Order.  Educate yourself on these time-saving alternatives.
  • We can give you a consumer quote tool/button customized to your agency.  You simply imbed it into your e-mail signature and your website.  When your clients run quotes on themselves you receive an e-mail alert with all of the input data so you can follow-up with them.
