Ensuring CPR's Future: Will You Help?
| |
Gipper was dumped in a trashcan and rescued. Jack and Jill were seized from deplorable conditions at a puppy mill. And many other wonderful birds were found outdoors or relinquished by families who loved them, but were unable to provide care and attention.
As we prepare for our Founder's retirement, CPR needs your help now, more than ever. It's vital that we obtain the funds to continue the work we do, taking in and re-homing these intelligent creatures with all the expenses it entails.
You can help by becoming a monthly donor. Your support will provide CPR the security of knowing that funding will always be available for the care of homeless and helpless parrots. On our website, you'll find a convenient way to set up scheduled, monthly contributions through PayPal. Just look for the buttons with parrots' pictures and suggested amounts to make your tax-deductible donation.
Would you consider donating the equivalent of a beverage at Starbucks, a fast food lunch, or the cost of dinner and a movie on a monthly basis? Just imagine, if 100 people donated $25 a month, it would go a long way towards ensuring that birds like Gipper, Jack and Jill and the future birds of CPR will get the help they need.
We know that you believe in what we do. We know that you love these birds as much as we do. We know that you want us
to be able to help as many birds as possible.
So we're asking - will you help?
Please choose to support the work of CPR by making your first monthly gift today.

Bert: Featured Birds for May
| Bert, Patagonian Conure |
Meet Bert
Species: Patagonian Conure
Age: Unknown
Bert is a male Patagonian Conure who ADORES training. He is one of our most talented performers who loves to "fly to" his trainer. His vocalization has subsided due to expending energy during training sessions. Positive Reinforcement Class is an additional requirement to adopt.
|
Skittles: Featured Bird for May
|
Skittles, Quaker Parakeet
|
Meet Skittles
Age: 8
Skittles is a very personable Quaker. His human vocabulary is very cute and keeps us entertained. He is eagerly awaiting the perfect "human Quaker" to take him home.
|
Winston: Featured Bird for May
|
Winston, African Grey
|
Meet Winston
Species: Congo African Grey
Age: 20
Winston has had several homes and is eager to settle down somewhere secure. "He" is a she but we aren't telling him. After 20 years of "good boy" no sense in confusing him! Shy at first, he will warm to his new family quickly. He loves training, so potential adopters should plan to take the class!
