Broccoli: Quality out of California is really nice with good green color and good crown size. ALERT! Blueberries: Supplies will continue to be short over the next week or so. Chilean berries are done for the season and domestic product is not starting up as quickly as expected. ALERT! Brussels Sprouts: Supplies remain extremely limited. We don't expect any relief until mid-June when domestic supplies will become available. Kale: The market is steady with lots of supplies. Quality has been excellent. Stone Fruit: This spring's domestic stone fruit crop is projected to start early and be very plentiful. Peaches, apricots, nectarines, plums, and cherries will all become more available in the next few weeks. Be sure to include them in your mid-spring to early-summer menus!
