The Source: Commodity Updates
Your source for learning how weather and other conditions across the country and the globe affect the quality, availability, and pricing of your fresh fruits and produce.

Severe cold temperature in Southern California, Yuma, and Mexico has made production of row crop commodities difficult to come by.

Lettuce - Demand exceeds supply. Expect blistering, epidermal peel, and lighter case weights due to freezing temperatures.

Stone Fruits - Supplies of Peaches and Nectarines are beginning to ramp up with the early Chilean fruit now available. Volume will increase over the next couple of weeks. Quality is good, despite the rains several weeks ago.

Cantaloupe and Honeydew - Limited due to transitioning from domestic to off-shore product. Quality is good.

In Season: Winter Citrus
Revamp your entrees, cocktails, and desserts with fresh winter citrus.

To ensure availability, please place your order in advance.

Better Burger Leaf
The picture perfect leaf in every burger!

A truly round leaf that fits burger buns and sandwich breads beautifully, while its dramatic curly edge provides a more upscale appearance. With its crunchy texture and sweet iceberg flavor, combined with the flatter leaf characteristic, sandwich building is so much easier.

All Puree
Perfect for cocktails, vinaigrettes, dessert sauces, glazes, frozen yogurt, smoothies, and more!

All Puree natural fruit purees come from fresh pulp. Unique recipes give these purees an intense flavor and consistent quality with a natural, fruit taste.
