It's British Film Time!

British Film Week 2012

  • 11 to 17 November in the Cinéma 7ème Art at 18.00 every evening in Rabat
  • 16 and 17 November at the Théâtre Nomade starting at 17.00 in Sidi Taibi
  • 20 to 24 November at the Cinemathèque de Tanger at 19.30 in Tangier
This event will constitute a platform of exhibition open to young promising British directors, whose first works have been awarded in major film festivals and have been acclaimed by international critics. These films, product of the new wave of the British cinema, among which is the most recent work of Rowan Athale, "Wasteland", will be scheduled for this second edition.

In a spirit of equal opportunities and diversity, the British Film Week will be relocated this time for 2 days of outdoor screenings in Sidi Taibi, a rural town between Salé and Kenitra. This initiative was taken in partnership with the Théâtre Nomade Association.

Mainly in English, and subtitled in French, the event aims at opening a window on the British culture.
