NATHAN GUNN APPEARS ON A PRAIRIE HOME COMPANION
Nathan Gunn appeared last weekend on A Prairie Home Companion, singing two songs, chatting with Garrison, and even joining The Guy's All Star Shoe Band for a peppy version of La ci darem la mano. He'll be here in Naples on February 8, and tickets are selling fast. Don't miss this opportunity to hear one of the world's most exciting baritone voices! |

CONGRATULATIONS TO TOM AND SANDI MORAN!
Tom and Sandi, who have done so much for this community, and especially for Opera Naples, were named among
The Morans were honored at a gala dinner at the Ritz-Carlton, along with the six other leaders from the region. In their acceptance remarks, they spoke of the importance of giving back, in time, talent and financial support. They have provided all of these to us over the years, and we are supremely thankful. Molto bravi, Tom and Sandi!

TEEN SCENES WITH AMERICAN THEMES
On November 4, we presented our Teen Scenes with American Themes program to a near capacity crowd at the Bower Chapel in Moorings Park. The audience delighted in selections of great American music, including scenes from Carlisle Floyd's Susannah.  Our barbershop quartet also amazed with their musical skills and terrific showmanship. Congratulations to all of our young artists, and thank you to our hosts at Moorings Park!

EXCITING SEASON PREVIEW
WELL RECEIVED
On November 14, we collaborated once again with TheatreZone as more than 150 people joined us at
Clive Daniel Home to hear a preview of our 2012-13 Seasons. Patrons and newcomers alike browsed the beautiful showrooms as we presented selections from each of the operas and scenes from the TheatreZone lineup. Thank you to Clive Daniel Home and Jane's on Third for their support in making this event a great success!

Opera Naples' Founding Artistic Director Steffanie Pearce is joined by Opera Naples Young Artists to present a mixed program of traditional and contemporary songs and arias with inspirational messages. Presented as part of the North Naples United Methodist Church concert series.
A freewill offering will be collected.
