September 3, 2016
Thanks for taking time to open our newsletter. We're sharing some information about the Texoma Gives program, as well as some general information about charitable giving. As always, we have my latest articles from the Times Record News; in the coming weeks I'll be exploring the reasons why some people do dumb things with their investments.

Have a great week!

Mark your calendars for September 15. Starting at 6 a.m. that day, the website, TexomaGives.org (created by the Wichita Falls Area Community Foundation) is hosting an all day event to raise money for area nonprofits. You can search for the organization(s) you would like to donate to and even make multiple donations to different organizations with a single transaction. The spirit of competition will be strong throughout the day, as there are different prizes the organizations can get based on the donations attributed to them at various times, etc. (Read more here).
