Personal Money Planning's Newsletter
October 24, 2015
Gary Silverman, CFPFall is in the air now! I've had my season-designated coffee (not pumpkin, but graham cracker).  Another annual fall event locally is the Wichita Adult Literacy Council's Adult Spelling Bee. It will be held on November 13. The information is below. I will be cheering on Personal Money Planning's team from the sidelines. I'd rather focus on eating barbecue than spelling.

We also have my recent articles, some information about how we exchange money, and a final thought.

Have a great week!

Gary Silverman, CFP®

Final Thought
According to the National Bureau of Economic Research, the U.S. economy has been growing (in other words, hasn't been in recession) for the last 75 months. Such a  long time of expansion has only happened 3 times since the end of WWII. Even so, according to a Hart-McInturff survey, 42% of Americans asked felt the economy was just "fair," and 35% felt it was "poor." Only 23% of the 800 people asked felt the state of the economy was "good" or "excellent."
