Don't miss our last concert of 2012! Angela Sheik blends the soulful, feminine vibe of Billie Holiday with a fresh and innovative spirit, bridging the gap between a traditional singer-songwriter and an electronic innovator. Using a digital loop pedal to layer her voice and a variety of instruments, Angela breaks expectations of what a solo performer can accomplish while charming the audiences with a smile. She has earned critical acclaim as Wilmington's 93.7 FM Hometown Heroes Artist of the Year, the 2011 BOSS National Looping Champion, and a World Cafe Live Standout Performer. Come hear her charismatic compositions and artfully arranged covers by candelight!
