Hello Ladies,
We have another new and exciting opportunity for our All Stars! Wayne State University has invited the All Star Team to perform during half-time of both a Men's and Women's Basketball game. The games are on Saturday, February 16th. The Men's game is at 1:00pm and the Women's game is immediately following at 3:00pm. The choreography will be that which was used for the opening show of the Thanksgiving Day Parade. That choreography can be found on the Mid American Pompon Facebook page. Formations and groups will be sent out two weeks prior to the date of the performance. Wayne State will provide a complimentary ticket for each All Star as well as a ticket for a parent/guardian. Additional tickets can be purchased for $5 and parking is free. As with any All Star event we must have a commitment from at least 30 girls in order to participate in the basketball games.
Registration for this event will be posted on the Mid American website on Monday, January 7th and will remain open through Monday, January 28th. Simply go to www.pompon.com, click on the All Star tab, "All Star Events" and "register here".
More information on this event such as rehearsal date, meeting time, maps, etc. will be emailed out once registration has been closed.
