Youth Pastor's Connection - Thursday, Feb. 20

Stepping Under: Getting out of the way so that students can lead.

YPC logo new Yes, you're really good at what you do. But how will a young person be released to lead if you won't let them? This workshop will discuss several key obstacles that prohibit youth from taking ownership of the outward practice of their faith.

About our speaker

Dr. Ken Castor serves as a professor of youth ministry and spiritual leadership at Crown College in Minnesota, where he lives with his wife, Kathy, and their three growing children.

For more than 20 years, Ken has pastored next-generation ministry throughout the United States and Canada, and he's also served as a strategic partner with Youth for Christ in Northern Ireland. His upcoming book, "Grow Down: How to Build a Jesus-Centered Life" (Group, 2014), will be available in March.

Bring your lunch and meet us from 12 to 3 p.m. on Feb. 20 at Bethlehem Covenant (3141 43rd Ave. S., Minneapolis 55406) www.bethlehemcov.org.

Our March Connection will focus on the relationship between youth pastors and senior pastors. We'll have a panel discussion and more.
