MUUUCE 2013 coming soon! Hey gang, I hope your summer is going well! MUUUCE is just over five weeks away and plans are coming together nicely! Here's a link to our schedule so please take a look at it. So far we've had 33 churches and 480 people register! Here are a few details for today ... - We do still have room for MUUUCE. Pass the word, and talk it up with your students. You can add to your group total.
- Checks should be made to Crossroads Church.
- We failed to ask for chaperone t-shirt sizes so please indicate that on their registration form in the margin.
- We need the Leader Background Consent Forms filled out completely for each adult chaperone you have. We cannot make exceptions to this.
- The group registration deadline is July 26!
- We will be sleeping at Cottage Grove Middle School (where you register and check in) on the floor. Pack that air mattress!
- There may still be some road construction on County Road 19 in Woodbury (the main road connecting Cottage Grove Middle School and Crossroads). We have been assured that the road will be open during MUUUCE but some portions of 19 elsewhere in Woodbury may be closed. Allow enough time to get here on Thursday.
- *Please have your transportation arrangements (vans, bus, go karts) at Cottage Grove Middle School Saturday morning by 8:30 am. We will NOT have shuttle buses to get from school to church Saturday morning. So please have those arrangements made so your kids and their gear can get to Crossroads by 9:30 am for our final session.
- **And lastly, do not miss the FREE carnival from 3:30 - 6 p.m. at Crossroads on Thursday. Have a big lunch with your kids on Thursday, get here soon, and enjoy the carnival with free mini donuts. We'll have pizza late Thursday night.
Let me know if you have any questions and please pass this email on. Thanks! Jake Kerschner Cottage Grove Campus Pastor Crossroads Church www.crossroadschurch.cc 651.294.7740 |
