Corporal Fisher Honored with Proclamation For Act of Heroism

At a recent Township Committee Meeting, Mayor Tomson and the Township Committee recognized Corporal David Fisher, a Police Officer with the Hillsborough Township Police Department since 1993,  for his knowledge, judgement, and heroism.

On October 12, 2015 the heroic actions of Corporal David Fisher and his daughter were quick and decisive when coming upon a traffic accident in Raritan Township.   Corporal Fisher pulled the front seat passenger from a burning vehicle while his daughter dialed 911.  If it were not for the heroic actions of Corporal Fisher and his daughter, the outcome of this crash may have been significantly different.
