Mayor DelCore Holds True to Reorganization Remarks

Shared Services and Business Development on the Agenda

Tuesday evening's Township Committee's agenda included an Ordinance amending the Retail Commercial Zone District to include the Health Clubs and Fitness Centers as a permitted use in that Zone.

"Earlier this year, when I was selected Mayor I said we would look to further develop a favorable business climate to ensure that Hillsborough remains a prevalent business location for new and expanding businesses.  The introduction of this amendment is in line with that initiative," stated Mayor Frank DelCore upon introducing the ordinance.

Additionally, on the agenda were various shared services agreements as well as an Ordinance further defining the elements of the Shared Court.  "Hillsborough remains at the forefront of working with our neighbors to save taxpayer dollars whenever possible," stated Mayor DelCore.
