Special Fourth Quarter Additional SG New Sales Bonus Program

This new sales bonus is on top of our current 10-50 subs additional first year compensation program.
- $75 per Small Group new subscriber sold
- October 1 - December 31, 2013 effective date
- Small Group 2-50 eligible employees
- No minimum, no maximum cap
- $75 per Small Group new subscriber sold - it's that simple

Example 1Sell 10 subscribers and are part of a Tier 1 broker agency: 10 subscribers x $75 = $750 + 7% current commission + 1.5% additional first year compensation
