The deadline for signing up existing small-group clients for a new December 2013 contract is October 15, 2013, which is fast approaching! Don't delay. Major provisions of the Affordable Care Act are being implemented in just a few months. Our program creates a one-time opportunity for your small-group clients to gain certainty and security during these changing times.
We are unable to offer a December 1, 2013, contract for existing Coventry clients after the deadline.
Sell New 2013 Small-Group Plans into December
Coventry Health Care is happy to confirm that you can sell medical policies with December 1, 2013, effective dates to new small-group clients as late as December. In other words, plans with December 1, 2013 effective dates can be sold on the same timetable as plans sold with earlier effective dates.
Benefits of December 2013 Contracts
A new December 2013 plan will give your small-group clients with December through November plan years and their employees the certainty of predictable rates and benefits through November 2014 until their renewal. As a matter of fact, both your new and existing small-group clients can enjoy these advantages:
