Small Group Portfolio Updates
|
The following changes have been implemented for our Small Group portfolio:
- Retired Value POS 20/40/20% - replaced with Value POS 25/50/20%
- Raised out-of-pocket maximum on Value POS 25/50/30%
- Raised out-of-pocket maximum on QHDHPs and added pharmacy copayments $3/$10/$30/$60/$60 or 20%
- Added new SelectAdvantage POS 25/20% 500 Deductible
- Changed the pharmacy copayments on the QHDHP 1500 plans to $3/$10/$30/$60/$60 or 20%
- Retired CDHP PPO 1500 and CDHP PPO 5000
