CareClix is happy to announce preferred pricing and ease of administration for Coventry Health Care of Virginia, Inc. clients.* CareClix is an on-demand telemedicine solution for healthcare needs - anytime, anywhere. Virginia-based board certified physicians provide around-the-clock care. If an employer group purchases this service from CareClix, their employees will be able to consult with board-certified physicians via streaming video or telephone**, and even receive a prescription if necessary.
Why CareClix telemedicine? - Employees and their family members (covered on a Coventry Health Care of Virginia, Inc. health plan) can see a doctor 24 hours a day/7 days a week
- Access to a CareClix physician can reduce visits to the ER, Urgent Care, and employee absenteeism
- Employees can see doctors online or via telephone without leaving the workplace
- If employee has an HSA, services qualify for HSA reimbursement
- Consultation fees are comparable to insurance co-pays ($25 during office hours/$45 after hours)
- No deductible because there is no claim to the insurer
- Ease of administration and billing because Coventry Health Care of Virginia, Inc. will bill for and pass enrollment to CareClix
- Preferred pricing: $4.80 per employee per month
