It has been an ongoing concern to us that the Obama Administration is distributing free cellphones to many people. These people are mostly those who cannot (or who prefer the free ride) afford to own a cell phone. Taxpayers would provide the less fortunate with a way to communicate in case of a serious personal emergency. In other words, Congress passed legislation that was in essence a communications welfare program that was paid for by taxing regular telephone use by average citizens.

Of course, like most government programs, it turns out to have lots of "unintended consequences." One of the most important is that this particular "welfare" program (among many just like it) has provided groups with the ability to coordinate and concentrate civil unrest and societal disruption. Contrary to its original intent, mass distribution of taxpayer provided cell phones has enabled groups of individuals to be rapidly directed by their leaders to areas where they can promote disruption, civil discord and even violence against whomever they wish. All of funding was enthusiastically provided by the "Establishment" (Paul Ryan and Associates) Obama budget giveaway!

Because there is little accountability and because obtaining cell phones is so easy under the "free stuff" program of the Obama Administration, little regard for the equipment is considered and, like computers in many schools, it is quickly trashed, lost, stolen or destroyed...to be easily replaced with another. There is so much waste and corruption in government that one wonders if the money stacked by the room full in drug lord's houses in Mexico wasn't "laundered" through inner city "vendors" and come out of the budget for the military, Social Security, Medicare, schools, etc. Our bet is...IT DID!

As usual, government welfare programs are an open invitation to corruption, especially when the public is lied to, misinformed, led by gossip and rumor or is distracted to the point where they are completely confused about who is running their government...local, state or national! Corruption doesn't only exist at the higher levels in government. It exists right in your own county and is mostly the result of lack of participation, confusion, a plethora of lies and rumors that create a lack of interest by voters.

The unnecessarily high compensation of local school administrators and public officials is a good example. In our county fewer than 15% of people turn out in the primary elections to vote for school boards, school tax hikes, local Party Central Committee officials, etc., etc. Few people except a small number of political "activists" even inform themselves of the issues. If you are looking to the media to inform you accurately, forget that! If you don't exert the energy to seek out information and you are so disgusted by the opinions rendered by the "tube" or a gossipy neighbor, and if you are a property owner or have a good job, you will inevitably be a victim... in fact, you probably are one now but the "theft" is buried in your telephone bill, your mortgage payment or somewhere else not so obvious, so you don't notice it.

The "disrupters" at political events, on college campuses or other types of gatherings where they wish to cause chaos are on their free cell phones being indoctrinated and coordinated in ever increasing numbers. The enabling "welfare communications" legislation, passed by weak politicians who do not have the foresight or fortitude to oppose what is billed as a welfare program but is really a forced taxpayer funded expense to coordinate societal disruption. In reality the communications "welfare" program is a publicly provided means to substantially raise the cost of insurance, re-construction, security and fire protection, etc., etc. to communities all around the country. Increased manpower, equipment, planning and street and business closures are the result...with more to come. It is just a matter of time, perhaps a very short time, that societal bankruptcy brought on by ever increasing disruptions to normal life will be the rule and not the exception.

Many groups of individuals who want to attain unworthy objectives could care less about the cost involved to the communities they disrupt. Black Lives Matter, Occupy Wall Street, etc. are learning, under the tutoring of "community organizers" that a great way to advance their goals is through more and more disruptive activity. We can see it developing right now and they will attract media attention with the intent of bullying the American people into their particular selection for President. Our preference to deal with this problem is Donald J. Trump.
