FORT ZUMWALT SCHOOL DISTRICT: PROPOSITION K
Shall the Board of Education of Fort Zumwalt School District of St. Charles County, Missouri be authorized to increase the operating tax levy of the District by $0.48 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation for the purposes of paying costs of educational programs, technology upgrades and other operating expenses of the District? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted operating levy of the District is estimated to be $4.5436 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation.
 
CITY OF ST. CHARLES: CHARTER AMENDMENT
 
Shall the Charter of the City of Saint Charles, Missouri be amended by amending Sections 3.6, 6.2, 9.1(a) and 9.4(b) as follows: Shall the Charter of the City of Saint Charles, Missouri be amended by amending Section 3.6 pertaining to the election of council president; by amending Section 6.2 to adopt the process set forth in Missouri state statute for the appointment of an eligible person to act as municipal judge whenever the municipal judge is absent, unable to act or the position is vacant; by amending Section 9.1(a) to establish the first Tuesday after the first Monday in April as the regular election day; and by amending Section 9.4(b) to establish that election returns are canvassed and election results declared at the first regular meeting after the Election Authority certifies election results.

source other than a licensed Missouri dealer? Rejection of this measure will result in a reduction of local revenue to provide for vital services for the City of St. Charles, Missouri and it will place Missouri dealers of motor vehicles, outboard motors, boats, and trailers at a competitive disadvantage to non-Missouri dealers of motor vehicles, outboard vehicles, outboard motors, boats, and trailers?
 
CITY OF FLINT HILL: PROPOSITION B
 
Shall the City of Flint Hill, Missouri continue applying and collecting the local sales tax on the titling of motor vehicles, trailers, boats, and outboard motors that were purchased from a source other than a licensed Missouri dealer? Rejection of this measure will result in a reduction of local revenue to provide for vital services for the City of Flint Hill, Missouri and it will place Missouri dealers of motor vehicles, outboard motors, boats, and trailers at a competitive disadvantage to non-Missouri dealers of motor vehicles, outboard motors, boats, and trailers?

CITY OF WENTZVILLE: ALDERMEN TERM AMENDMENT
 
Shall the terms of Aldermen which are currently set at two years in the City of Wentzville, Missouri, under Section 105.020 of the Municipal Code of the City of Wentzville be extended to four years for Aldermen after April 5, 2016?
 
CITY OF FORISTELL: PROPOSITION F
 
Shall the City of Foristell, Missouri, impose a city motor vehicle fuel license tax of one cent ($.01) per gallon for the purpose of funding the construction, reconstruction, repair maintenance, policing, signing, lighting and cleaning of streets and for the payment and interest on indebtedness incurred on account of road and street purposes?

Shall the City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, continue applying and collecting the local sales tax on the titling of motor vehicles, trailers, boats, and outboard motors that were purchased from a source other than a licensed Missouri dealer? Rejection of this measure will result in a reduction of local revenue to provide for vital services for the City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, and it will place Missouri dealers of motor vehicles, outboard motors, boats, and trailers at a competitive disadvantage to non-Missouri dealers of motor vehicles, outboard motors, boats, and trailers?
 
CITY OF WELDON SPRING: PROPOSITION B
 
Shall the City of Weldon Spring, Missouri continue applying and collecting the local sales tax on the titling of motor vehicles, trailers, boats, and outboard motors that were purchased from a source other than a licensed Missouri dealer? Rejection of this measure will result in a reduction of local revenue to provide for vital services for the City of Weldon Spring, Missouri and it will place Missouri dealers of motor vehicles, outboard motors, boats, and trailers at a competitive disadvantage to non-Missouri dealers of motor vehicles, outboard motors, boats, and trailers.
 
CITY OF PORTAGE DES SIOUX: PROPOSITION 1
 
In attempt to eliminate the unfair advantage enjoyed by out-of-state vendors over local vendors, shall the City of Portage des Sioux discontinue applying and collecting the local sales tax on the titling of motor vehicles, trailers, boats, and outboard motors that were purchased from a source other than a licensed Missouri dealer?
 
Approval of this measure will result in a reduction of local revenue to provide for vital services for the City of Portage des Sioux and it will place Missouri dealers of motor vehicles, outboard motors, boats, and trailers at a competitive disadvantage to non-Missouri dealers of motor vehicles, outboard motors, boats, and trailers.
 
CITY OF WEST ALTON: PROPOSITION A
 
Shall the City of West Alton, Missouri continue applying and collecting the local sales tax on the titling of motor vehicles, trailers, boats, and outboard motors that were purchased from a source other than a licensed Missouri dealer? Rejection of this measure will result in a reduction of local revenue to provide for vital services for the City of West Alton, Missouri and it will place Missouri dealers of motor vehicles, outboard motors, boats, and trailers at a competitive disadvantage to non-Missouri dealers of motor vehicles, outboard motors, boats, and trailers?
