The current request to give President Obama "fast track authority" to make trade decisions should not be approved by Congress. While it is true that past Presidents have had similar authority it is also true that they did not have Obama's awful track record! To get down to basics, neither Congress nor the people can trust him.

This is "special interest" legislation that could only make certain elites richer and give increased power to Obama. He could do all kinds of things with this increased power. Has Congress not learned from the Administrations actions in the past? If the Bill passes, we will know they are truly a "political class" that really cares nothing for ordinary people or are "dumber than a post."

First of all, most of what is in the Trade Authorization Bill has not been disclosed. Hello..."We have to pass it in order to see what's in it?" Exactly what has that cost us and where has that taken us? The next thing to consider is the so-called "companion legislation" that will finance the Trade Bill by taking funds from MEDICARE! Obama has already robbed Medicare of 750 BILLION dollars. How much more will be taken from senior's health care and is Obama trying to bankrupt Medicare ASAP so he can accelerate deaths and use the money "saved" for his radical liberal programs?

In addition, it is worth considering the possibility, highlighted by media attention, of what Hillary allegedly did while she was Secretary of State. Putting two and two together creates a possibility that she used the authority of her office to gain large financial donations for her foundation and large speaking fees for her husband. Obama will shortly be out of office and will undoubtedly be looking for opportunities to enhance his financial worth. Does anyone, besides a few who have been living on Mars for the last 7 years, believe that he would not use the trade authority power he has been granted as an opportunity to follow in the path of Hillary and Bill? If Michelle wants to continue living in the style to which she has been accustomed, it will take a LOT of money!

Some may consider our views on this matter to be a bit too pessimistic. We would say to them, "Where have you been for the past few years?" Time after time the current Administration, with Obama leading the charge, has violated the Constitution, disregarded due process, exercised abusive power over groups and individuals, appointed corrupt individuals to vital agencies such as the IRS...we could go on and on but we are certain you see our point.
