OBAMA'S SELLOUT TO THE PERSIANS
By Chuck MacNab

By setting up a preliminary understanding that is without doubt the precursor to a very unsatisfactory "ultimate agreement" with Iran regarding its nuclear weapons obsession, Barack Obama appears to have achieved two of his primary objectives.

The first is to weaken Israel or to eliminate it as a state.

The second is to create conditions where the United States withdraws and paves the way for Iran to become the dominant power in the Middle East.

The Obama "sellout" has profound unintended consequences for the U.S. and the West! Not the least of which is a substantial increase in terrorism in the world, another nuclear arms race, eliminate the U.S. as a stabilizing influence, damage to the U.S. and world economies, separation of the U.S. from its allies and less acceptance of and perhaps even substantial increased danger for Americans who travel the globe for business and/or pleasure. As Americans, we will see unfortunate and unanticipated consequences. As one who has traveled the world for more than 50 years, I know we Americans won't like them.

There should be no confusion or misunderstanding concerning the objectives of the wealthy left wing radicals, academics and elites who have supported and financed the meteoric rise of Barack Obama in politics. The election of Obama to the most powerful position on the planet is working even better than his most ardent supporters had anticipated. They are well down the road to achieving their fondest dreams. Thanks to the confusion, destructive turf wars and arrogance of the leadership in the Republican Party, even many left wing zealots find it unbelievable that they could have been so successful. We, however, don't find it "amazing" and in fact predicted it!

When we consider the damage that has been done to the Constitution, the protection of our borders, education, the courts, and the debt along with the dictatorial infliction of political correctness, the imposition of outrageous decisions by Obama controlled government agencies and the crippling of small business, etc. etc. what other outcome should we have expected?

A first on the Obama supporter's list is to diminish the influence the United States in the world! A review of his actions since taking office leaves only his most ardent zealots opposing this view. Only those who, for one reason or another, conveniently want us to forget the lessons of history will insist on viewing today's
SELLOUT "agreement in principle" with Iran as anything positive for the United States.

Realists among us who are critical of 'the agreement" and its processes will be called many names and maligned in many ways. However, we, and perhaps many of Obama's supporters, should remember that the Persians are the original rug merchants! A review of their activities in the nuclear age along with the savage ambitions of their ancestors cannot be dismissed. This record signals an ongoing and life threatening danger. The Persians have an ugly track record.
