Ice Report
  
Yesterday (12/18) we were measuring 3"-4" of good ice covered by another 4" of water and crusty ice in the bay. With the cold front coming Thursday we'll see lows near zero and continue making some good ice as well as converting the crusty ice and water. Get your ice fishing gear ready!

Use caution when venturing out on the ice and always check with your local resort for current ice conditions.  ICE IS NEVER 100% SAFE

 

DNR ICE GUIDELINES

For new, clear ice only: 

2" or less - STAY OFF

4" - Ice fishing or other activities on foot

5" - Snowmobile or ATV

8" - 12" - Car or small pickup

12" - 15" - Medium truck

REMINDER TO WINTER CONTRACT CUSTOMERS:

When we start pulling houses it is on a first come, first serve basis.  You must be present in order for your house to be pulled on the lake.  Watch our ice reports at WharfMN.com, the Wharf facebook page or our phone system for the most up-to-date information.
