The Greater Cincinnati Foundation celebrated a record year in 2014. Donors made more than $76 million in gifts to GCF funds; this is the highest in the Foundation's 50-plus year history. 

Here's what our generous donors also made possible:

• The Foundation was able to distribute $77 million in grants in 2014 to nonprofit organizations in our region and other areas donors call home.
• 9,000 grants totaling $65 million were made by our donors.
• 151 Learning Links grants ($132,668) were awarded to schools.
• 146 Summertime Kids grants ($140,206) were awarded to summer learning programs.
• $14,500 in Women's Fund grants are helping women achieve economic self-sufficiency.
• At the end of 2014, GCF had net assets of $542 million, putting it among the largest community foundations in the United States.
