We are pleased to announce the following assignments in our Customer Service department.

 

Sherri Higgins has accepted the role of Customer Service Supervisor.  Our team of Customer Service associates will report directly to Sherri in her new capacity as we continue the work of enhancing the HPFI^® "customer experience."

  

Pamela Fox has joined the Customer Service team as a full time HPFI associate.  Pamela brings a good deal of experience of working with contract dealers to the Customer Service team.

 

With these updates, Sherri has revamped the territory assignments for the team.  An updated listing of the new assignments has been posted on our web site for your convenience.
