For those of you in her assigned region, you may have already noticed the absence of Deborah Allred.  It is with regret that we inform you that Deborah resigned her Customer Service position at HPFI as of Friday, January 17th.  Deborah has been an important part of HPFI for the past seven years and will be sorely missed.  We wish Deborah the best in her new endeavor as she accepted employment located closer to her home. 

We are proud to introduce Crystal Fowler as Deborah's replacement.  Crystal has had extensive Customer Service experience throughout her career.  She has been employed by HPFI for the past five years in our Traffic Department.  During her tenure, Crystal has interfaced with Customer Service extensively so she is already familiar with HPFI processes and customers.  Please join us in welcoming Crystal to her new role as you have a chance to talk with her in the days ahead.
