In the interim period, we will cover Pat's duties utilizing our current staff.  I am pleased to announce that Sherri Higgins is now serving as our Lead Customer Service Representative.  She will be working with each CSR to ensure that we maintain our exceptional service level.  Sherri's contact information is above right; please do not hesitate to contact her.  Sherri will be working with your CSR to generate quotes and custom orders to help keep HPFI competitive. 

Please remember that the HPFI process begins by contacting your CSR with all questions regarding custom products or special quotes.  We will collectively address the necessary requirements and your CSR will respond back to you.  Our goal is to make you look good to your customers and for us to succeed together.
