Many of our clients at HPFI® use COM (customer's own material) or COL (customer's own leather) for their upholstered furnishings. Because of that, we have a dedicated customer service representative assigned to handle the process at HPFI.
Beginning Monday, May 6th, Sherri Higgins will assume the responsibilities of the HPFI COM/COL coordinator. Sherri's detailed contact information is included above at right. She will replace Sabrina Laws who has been in that position for the past 3 years. As Sherri begins in this new position at HPFI, we wish Sabrina the best as she pursues a new career in healthcare.
