TOMORROW IS LAST CHANCE FOR THE CHAPTER CHAMPIONSHIP
Tuesday, June 28, is your last chance to sign up for our premier event, the EWGA-PDX Chapter Championship. There is stroke play in 5 flights, plus one handicap system for scramble teams, so you will play against others of comparable abilities. There are prizes for low gross and low net, to further even the playing field. Winners will represent Portland in the semifinals near Boise on Aug. 20. 
Because it is our signature event, the EWGA-PDX Board has voted to underwrite $30 of your Championship fees. Be part of the largest tournament for women amateur golfer's in the world!                            
WHAT: EWGA-PDX Chapter Championship 
WHEN: Saturday, July 16, 10 a.m.
WHERE: Quail Valley Golf Course, Banks
DEADLINE: 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 28. MUST LOG IN AND REGISTER ON NATIONAL SITE.

McNARY DEADLINE THIS WEEKEND; GET LAST SPOTS NOW
Spots are filling fast for our July 10 event at McNary Golf Club in Keizer, so sign up now to beat this weekend's final deadline.                         
WHAT: McNary Golf Club, Keizer 
WHEN: Sunday, July 10, 11:30 a.m. 
DETAILS: Bogey $49, walking. Cart $15, payable at pro shop. Course is long and not too hilly, but there are long distances through neighborhoods between some holes.
DEADLINE: 8 p.m. Sunday, July 3.

BREAST FRIENDS CHARITY SCRAMBLE EARLY DEADLINE SOON
Play in a fun scramble charity tournament to support several of our members who have had women's cancers or memorialize friends and family who have lost their battle. If you don't have a team put together, just sign up and Lynda Bader, EWGA member and breast cancer survivor, will put you on a team with other Bader Babes. 
WHAT: Breast Friends 8th Annual Joy of Life Golf Tournament
WHEN: Monday, July 25, 7:30 a.m. shotgun start
WHERE: Stone Creek Golf Club, Oregon City  
DETAILS: Includes cart, range balls, continental breakfast, luncheon and prizes. Breast Friends provides emotional support and hope for women with cancer and their families.
DEADLINE: July 11 early birdie, $110 individual; $400 team. After July 11, fees will be $125 and $450.
