The Cost of Poor Quality on Critical Customers presented by: Enrique Rivera, Honeywell ACS
Zero Defects is no longer a buzzword, it is a requirement. Status quo is not an option; however, top leadership at many companies just stand and observe. Minnesota companies have led innovation and survived in a tough economic environment; however, many don't understand the risk of adapting to meet and exceed the quality requirements of customers. Cost of poor quality is the new buzz, but do you really see how it erodes your margins and how slowly it takes customers to discontinue purchasing your product.

THE UN-COMFORT ZONE with Robert Wilson
Good Stuff Also Comes in Threes!
A few years ago I was surfing the internet on a Friday afternoon when I discovered a contest asking amateurs to make TV commercials for a famous ketchup brand. The prize was several thousand dollars and your commercial would actually run on television. Instantly I had an idea for a romantic comedy in which ketchup brought two young lovers together. Romance was on my mind; I had recently started dating someone with whom I was very interested.
