Everything you need to know about the 2014 Cookie Sale

Cookie Cupboards

Most volunteer cupboards closed on March 15, 2014. The only volunteer cupboards remaining open until March 22 are Kathi Taylor and Cindy Walker. Their cookie inventories are VERY limited at this time. Only orders that they receive via email or phone can be filled. Do not use Ebudde pending orders.

The Mechanicsville, Fredericksburg and Colonial Heights Cupboards will remain open until Saturday, March 29, 2014. In order to pick up cookies from either of these locations you MUST complete the online order form. No walk in traffic can be accommodated at this time. All orders picked up during the week of March 24, have a final payment due date of April 7.

'Cause This is Thriller!

We've got a 'Thriller' promotion for all you cookie sellers! Any person picking up at least 5 cases (60 boxes) or more from either the Mechanicsville, Fredericksburg or Colonial Heights Cupboards between March 22 and March 29 will be entered to win 2 tickets for Michael Jackson The Immortal Word Tour by Cirque du Soleil at the Richmond Coliseum on April 15 and a $75 dinner at Cancan Restaurant in Carytown. Payments/Dates

Payments are being recorded in Ebudde as quickly as possible. To view payments processed click on the deposit tab in Ebudde.

Final cookie pick up on or before March 15, 2014: Your final payment is due March 24, 2014. This payment should include all cupboard pick ups through March 15, 2014. If this is your final payment you must submit the sales report from Ebudde. The sales report has its own tab in Ebudde. Please review the sales report as it details your cupboard pick ups, payments made and troop proceeds. Please print and sign before you send with your payment.

Additional cookies picked up between March 16 and 22, 2014: Your next payment is due March 31, 2014. Only persons that picked up cookies after March 15 with have additional payment dates. This payment should include all cupboard pick ups completed between March 16-22. If this is your final payment you must submit the sales report from Ebudde. The sales report has its own tab in Ebudde. Please review the sales report as it details your cupboard pick ups, payments made and troop proceeds. Please print and sign before you send with your payment.

Additional cookies picked up between March 23 and 29, 2014: Your next and final payment is due April 7, 2014. This payment should include all cupboard pick ups completed between March 23-29. If this is your final payment you must submit the sales report from Ebudde. The sales report has its own tab in Ebudde. Please review the sales report as it details your cupboard pick ups, payments made and troop proceeds. Please print and sign before you send with your payment.

Rewards Dates

Leaders must place reward orders in Ebudde by April 7. Rewards have their own tab in Ebudde. Prior to submitting your troop rewards you must allocate the additional cookies to the girls. This is done in the Girl Order tab using the instructions below. You must also tell us how many booth sale patches you need.

The Golden Box

"When we saw it we knew it just had to be special. It reminded us of the Willy Wonka Golden ticket, so we wondered... 'Could this be the same as that?'

We quickly sent an email to our service unit and to our surprise we found out.... IT WAS JUST LIKE THAT! It seems everyone in our service unit was aware of the hunt for the golden box except for us! Somehow we missed the announcement and we had so many people buying cookies by the case!

We had a Golden Box party at our meeting and told the girls they won a $250 Visa gift card for their troop! The girls were ecstatic and plan to use their money wisely! Thank you Girl Scouts of the Commonwealth of Virginia."

Bling My Booth Contest

We are proud to present the first ever "Bling My Booth" photo contest! Show the world how creative the Girl Scouts of the Commonwealth of Virginia are

when it comes to "blinging" your Cookie Booths!

The rules are simple. Decorate your cookie booth by making it fun, bright, colorful, and most importantly, attractive to customers! Here are some tips from our friends at Little Brownie to help you!

Email your photos to socialmedia@comgirlscouts.org to submit by March 22. Photos will be posted on Facebook, so make sure to tell your family and friends to vote for their favorite! Voting will begin March 24 and will end March 31. The troop with the most votes will have their photo featured on the GSCV Facebook page as the cover photo until April 15!
