Greetings!

At this time, we would like to update you on the progress of our milling and overlay plans for Indian Creek and Shady Oaks.

The milling company arrived on Wednesday October 17, to begin milling the street in   preparation of an asphalt overlay. However, due to equipment malfunctions, the millers were forced to pull off until Friday. This means that their work will extend into Saturday, October 20th. This delay has not yet affected our timetable for the overlay by Tarrant County which is set to begin on October 23 and end October 31.

The streets that will be affected are the 1100 - 1300 Block of Shady Oaks Lane and the 1700 - 2200 Block of Indian Creek Drive. We are requesting no one park on the street, at these locations, during this period of construction.
