Personnel from the City of Fort Worth contacted the Westover Hills Public Works Department on September 27, concerning a water maintenance issue that has arisen on the Fort Worth water system. A leak has developed outside of one of the two water mains that feeds water to older sections of Westover Hills. The City of Fort Worth advised our town that one of the two supply lines will have to be shut down for repairs, and can remain off for up to eight hours beginning at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, October 2, 2012.

These repairs may result in some low pressure problems developing on Westover Road, Valley Ridge, and Westover Terrace. Town personnel will be on hand to address any issues that may develop as a result of this temporary restriction in water service.
