 West Nile Surveillance Update
The Town was advised on August 8th of a new positive sample location at 1209 Shady Oaks Lane. While our efforts have reduced trapping counts throughout the town, we were advised to continue with our aggressive treatment activities.
Thus we are planning a new round of mosquito fogging throughout the town as follows:
August 10,11
Citywide Creek Fogging 7 PM - 9 PM
August 11
Citywide Street Fogging 10:30 PM - 1:30 AM
 These activites will be carried out by employees of Ridall Pest Control services. Some activites such as Backpack fogging and Larvaciding may require them to enter and work at various locations on your property. They will be wearing shirts displaying their logo.
They will also be designated as "Mosquito Control" on the back of their shirts. If you have any concerns regarding their entrance on to your property please consult the police department at (817) 737-3127.
