- 2nd Place in Traditional Scrapbook Contest - Special thanks to Amber Ramsey for heading the scrapbooking committee.
- Silver Level Ronald McDonald House Fundraising Award
- Most Outstanding Key Club in Division 7-Special thanks to Grayson White for compiling the monthly reports on which this is based. There are several very active clubs in our region, so this is an incredible honor.
- 1st place Single Service Award in the platinum category for the Healthy Hearts for the House Walk-a-thon. This service project involved 28 students, teachers, Kiwanis Club members, and community members, and raised over $500 for Ronald McDonald house. It will go on to compete in the Single Service contest during Key Club International Convention in Washington, D.C. in July 2013.
- 3rd place Annual Achievement in the platinum category - Special thanks to Rebekah Coates & Alexis McWilliams for planning and submitting reports for the single service project and annual achievement report
During the trip, students had the pleasure of reconnecting with Central alumnus Blake Roller, who is the president of Circle K International at University of Tennessee as well as governor-elect of Kentucky-Tennessee District Circle K.
In addition to these club awards, Central has the honor of having lieutenant governors for Division 7 come from their club two consecutive years. Senior Nate Lancaster served as Division 7 Lieutenant Governor during the 2012-2013 school year, and his successor for 2013-2014 is sophomore Maddie Potter. Maddie will have the opportunity to attend International Convention in July.
