Vaccination Reminder

ALL upcoming 7th graders must submit shot records for the following immunizations prior to the first day of school, per state law:

  • TDAP
  • Varicella
  • Chicken pox (or proof that the student has had chicken pox)

 

Registration Information

When registering a new student or transferring a student from another school, please bring the following items:

  • Child's Birth Certificate  (This can not be the Mother's Copy)
  • Child's Social Security Card
  • TN Child Health Record (If transferring from an Out of State school, we must have this form to enroll.  It must show a physical within last 12 months.  Please contact the Sullivan County Health Deparment.)
  • Legal Papers (If child is not living with both parents, please bring any paperwork that shows your custody of child)

Several schools are hosting back-to-school events.  Please see the list below for details:

 
Meet the Teacher Night will be held on 8/10 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.


6th Grade Orientation will be held on 8/10 at 10:00 a.m.


Back to School Block Party will be held on 8/10 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.

Kindergarten Orientation will be held on 8/13 at 9:00 a.m.

Pre-K Orientation will be held on 8/13 at 10:00 a.m.


6th Grade Orientation will be held on 8/10 from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.


Back to School Bash will be held on 8/10 from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.


Freshman Orientation will be held on 8/10 from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.


6th Grade Orientation will be held on 8/10 at 10:00 a.m. in the gym
