AIS Board of Directors Meeting
The beginning of each board meeting is open to the public for observation. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Individual Photo Days
Students will have their portrait photos taken by a professional photographer. Please send your child groomed for their school picture. Please see PTO message below if you would like to volunteer.

Extracurricular Activities
October Camp
Celebrating Fall season, in French, Spanish and English!
Registration runs from Monday, September 16 through Friday, October 4. Based on first come, first served, and we can accommodate a minimum of 12 children and a maximum of 20. Price is $65 per day or $275 per week. More details to come soon.
After School Activities
Registration is now closed. Thank you to all for registering! Our students can enjoy after school activities without leaving the campus, this is a great success! Our activity calendar is available online.

School Photo Days: Volunteers Needed
Parents, we need volunteers to assist with photo days on Tuesday, September 17, and Wednesday, September 18, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. We will need assistance getting the students to and from the classrooms.
Tuesday, September 17: Need 1-2 more volunteers
Wednesday, September 18: Need 1-2 more volunteers
Seeking Library Room Parent
The PTO is still seeking a volunteer room parent for the library. Help with important library tasks while surrounded by books! Please contact Kate McCarthy if you are interested.
