Announcements

Billing
Please remember that if you wish to sign up for monthly flat fee After School Care you must register for it through FACTs. Please simply sign in to your existing FACTs log-in and add the Flat Monthly After School Care payment plan choice.  If you do not sign up through FACTs then you will be billed at the regular daily after school rate which is a bit higher on a daily basis when compared with the flat monthly rate.

Please be aware that there is a new taupe/gray drop box mounted in the reception area for depositing payments; it should be used in lieu of the black box we used in years past.

School Forms

Please remember to turn in handbook acknowledgement receipts to Hilary, as well as any outstanding school forms. These are due immediately for your child's file.

Extracurricular Activities
Did you know we offer FREE Study Hall to all students (CP1 and up) who are signed up in the monthly after school care?

If a student has an activity at 4:35 p.m., parents are NOT charged for after school care before the activity (only after, if your pick up time is beyond 15 minutes).

Thank you to all of our parents who signed up their students for an after school activity. Now our Basketball and Soccer classes have opened on Tuesdays!

Classes still on hold: Mandarin, juggling, study hall on Fridays, Art Exploration II, Sciences-CM2, soccer on Thursdays, Sportball on Thursdays, Sciences III, Yoga I.

School Dress Code

Are you still in search of dress code-appropriate clothing? If you are looking for AIS school clothes for your child(ren), whether you need extras or backups, L'il Green Beans offer gently and lightly used AIS uniforms that meet the school dress code. Buying gently used items prevents waste, and the store, owned by an AIS parent, also donates a portion of your purchase to AIS. You are welcome to call them at (512) 346-3046 to ask about their selection and availability. For more information about L'il Green Beans, go to  http://www.lilgreenbeans.com/ .

Volunteering

Volunteering parents must have a United States social security number and state-issued ID or driver's license before you can fill out the Request for Background Check. Child Care Licensing will not process requests without this important information.
