It seems that the older I get the faster time flies. I cannot believe it is nearly September already. Just like time changes so does technology and customers needs.

I think one of the best ways to improve your business is to keep trying new things at your wash. If you don't keep looking for new services and ways to improve your wash you will soon be left behind.

I travel to America every year around the time of the ICA Show and always take the time to get around to as many carwash sites as I can. Just like here in Australia the Americans are generally happy to talk to you about their wash and you always manage to pick up a few
good ideas.

This is the reason I am a member of ACWA. I reckon that by talking to many other carwash operators it helps me to identify good things and potential problems. We should all encourage as many carwash sites that we know to become a member. It should not be seen as an Association to belong to when there is drought but a group of carwash people you can talk with to share information in order to help grow your business. After all the more people you can discuss the issues you face the more likely you are to find the correct answers.
