Thank you Richard Holloway
At the QLD State Meeting yesterday Diane Ross, ACWA CEO presented Richard with a Wall Plaque and a gift (a framed photo of his boat which takes up more of his time than his car washes now!)  These were in recognition of the amount of time and effort he put in to ensure that the Queensland car wash industry survived the drought and has received the recognition it deserves.   
Richard was on the National Board and was elected the ACWA President 2009 - 2011.   
He used his passion for his own businesses to promote the national industry, to engage with regulators on behalf of the members and to develop ACWA to give great value to all its members.

Greg Scott presented Arthur  with an Award recognizing the epitome of a perfect attendant - reliable, committed, technically a whizz and great customer service - all rolled into one person who has been an attendant for 17 years - first with Richard Davison in Victoria and now with Greg at Robina, Queensland.

It is with much sadness that the Australian Car Wash Association wishes to express our condolences to the families of John Prendergast and Bob Hinchcliffe from Planvic.

They have been valued members of the Australian Carwash Community for many years and will be missed.

ACWA Member Brisbane-based carwash and café, Hoppy's, recently celebrated their millionth customer at their Bowen Hill's branch which opened nine years ago.
This lucky customer received one year's worth of free handwashes
