Dear TPCA Parents
All K-8 fees paid for 2013-14 should now be accurately credited to your student's Infinite Campus account. Future payments will be credited within a week of payment. Please notify the school office if you have any questions.
Final report cards will be mailed to primary and secondary household addresses after May 29. Please give us updates on address changes for the report card and for the summer mailing that will be sent in late July. Student report cards will be held at the office if there are missing fees, fines, or books. Summer office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. through mid- June, and then the office will be closed until August 5.

Message From PTO Executive Officers
Hey! Did you volunteer for the PTO this year? THANK YOU FOR THAT!!
We'd like to applaud all the volunteers at TPCA. Many of you spent the year in a classroom, a workroom, the playground, planning class parties, on field trips, and the list goes on. You are all so valuable!
The PTO understands that volunteering for the PTO isn't everyone's passion! There are so many volunteer opportunities at TPCA; we are glad you followed your passion!! If you are a parent or guardian of a student at TPCA, you are automatically a member of the PTO. No matter where you choose to do your volunteer hours, the PTO will support you should you ever need guidance, support, or answers.
You are always welcome to attend any meetings without being pressured to volunteer for something! In fact, we love to hear about what is going on with other departments at school. This school is awesome because of parents like you!
Many thanks from your Parent Teacher Organization.

Get Your DVDs! The DVDs for "Seussical" are available! If you signed up and have paid the $5, please see me in room 1164 for your copy. Almost everyone who has already paid has received their copy, but I still have many people on the list who have not yet paid and picked them up. You can still order as many as you'd like, but they will only be available until the end of the school year. We are happy to provide this keepsake for you, and we hope you enjoy it for years to come! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me at freeman_amy@svvsd.org. The pictures from "Seussical" are also available! They are free, and you can get them via links in an email. If you would like them, please email me at freeman_amy@svvsd.org, and I will send them your way! I have already sent them to the email addresses I have for the families of students who took part in the musical, but if you didn't receive them, please let me know. The links will only be available through the end of June, so if you want the pictures as keepsakes, please make sure to download them to your computer. |
