2013 - 2014 STUDENT FEES
Dear TPCA Parents

We have assigned 2013-2014 student fees to each student's Infinite Campus account.  Fees are $125 for each Kindergarten-5th grade student and $150 for each 6-8th grade student. Fifth grade band and all Middle School electives' fees will be assigned in August for the first semester.

Fee discounts have been granted, according to policy, to qualified free-lunch (50 percent) and reduced-lunch (25 percent) students whose parents gave disclosure permission on the 2012-2013 application. If you qualified but did not give disclosure permission, please provide a copy of your qualification letter so we can adjust your fee.  Please remember that our policy requires you to pay within 60 days to keep this discount.  Also, you must reapply in August or September for 2013-2014 qualification; otherwise the fee will be readjusted to the full amount.

We are in the process of applying payment credits in Infinite Campus with a goal of completion by the end of this school year.  Thank you for your patience, and please contact us if you have any questions.

TPCA SPRING CHOIR CONCERT

The choirs of TPCA will be presenting their Spring Concert this Thursday, May 16 at 7 p.m. in the Commons.  The choir students have been asked to arrive at 6:30 and meet in Mrs. Freeman's room to warm up, get focused, and be in place before showtime!  Please see your student's reminder handout that was distributed last week for details about concert attire and what to do if an emergency occurs and they are not able to be present.  If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me at freeman_amy@svvsd.org.  We look forward to sharing an evening of music with you!

ATTENTION 6TH AND 7TH GRADE BAND PARENTS!!!

All 6th and 7th Grade Band members will perform for the 8th Grade Continuation Ceremony beginning at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22 on the stage in the Commons. Students are welcome to stay after school and warm up at 4:30 p.m. in the band room. School uniforms will be acceptable for this event; no need to wear band uniforms. We will play a couple of tunes before the ceremony and Pomp & Circumstance at the beginning. Once the curtain closes, all band members are free to quietly exit the stage and proceed outside for pick-up at about 5:15 p.m. Thanks!

SEUSSICAL DVDs ARE READY!

The DVDs for "Seussical" are finally ready!  If you signed up and have paid the $5, please see me in room 1164 for your copy.  You can still sign up and you can order as many as you'd like, but they will only be available until the end of the school year.  We are happy to provide this keepsake for you, and we hope you enjoy it for years to come!  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me at freeman_amy@svvsd.org.
