 We need your input

Student Fees will be a main discussion item at this week's Finance Meeting, Thursday, February 28, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the West Campus Media Center.  Parent input or thoughts are welcome as the student fees discussion moves forward.  Please contact Don Young, Treasurer to the Board of Directors at dontyoung@gmail.com  or 720-883-7174.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

With the continued moisture and cold weather, pick-up and drop-off areas can be slick despite our efforts to remove the snow and ice.

Our K-12 campus has a variety of students being dropped off and picked up at each of the areas.

We ask that you use caution and always think "SLOW IN THE SCHOOL ZONE" when entering the campus drop-off or pick-up areas.

Thank you.

TCAPs

Transitional Colorado Assessment Program (TCAP) Around the State and Across Twin Peaks

It doesn't seem possible that the TCAP (known formerly as the CSAP) is right around the corner!

TCAP for grades 3-10 will be March 11-March 29.

As we at Twin Peaks prepare for this round of testing, parents can do the same.  There are many ways to support your student(s) for the events of test days: provide a HEALTHY breakfast on testing days, ensure your students have a full night's sleep, and remind them of the importance of the test.  Also, please take note of the TCAP testing schedule when planning vacations, doctor's appointments, or other elective absences of any kind. Please plan around test days as all students in Grades 3-10 will be tested in the areas of Reading, Writing, and Math. Science is tested in 5th, 8th, and 10th grades

Make up days will be provided within this time period but, these are not optimal testing conditions for students to perform at their best.

With your support, our students will demonstrate their true potential.
