PTO NEWS and EVENTS

FEAST with FANG Mascot

Parents, mark your calendars and attend the March 13 PTO meeting at 5:30 p.m. The grade that has the most parents in attendance at the meeting will get to have our mascot, Fang, join them in the cafeteria for their lunch hour. Fang is looking forward to giving out lots of high fives and hugs to the kids who can get their parents to the PTO meeting!

REMINDER

Don't forget to check out the requested donations on the classroom doors. Please take a star (or two!) and help teachers and staff restock supplies for the second semester. Thank you!!!

THANK YOU!

The PTO would like to send a big thank you to the parent volunteers who brought in food for the staff conference meals.  The food was amazing, and it was very much appreciated by the TPCA staff.  The success of these meals would not have been possible without all of your amazing help and support!

Box Tops for Education

Keep collecting and turning in your Box Tops; every little bit helps!  The classroom that turns in the most Box Tops by February 23, wins a popcorn party.  The current leader for the popcorn party is Mrs. Miloradovich's class. For the classroom that turns in the most Box Tops for the year by February 23, the teacher will win a spa gift card, and the class will win a popcorn party. The current leading class is Mrs. Casanueva's class.  Remember to label the bags, collection sheets, or envelopes with your grade and teacher's name so your class gets credit!

USBORNE BOOK FAIR:

Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped with the Book Fair.  The fair was a huge success thanks to you! We couldn't have sold $6000 in books without your help!  Our Usborne representative said that she's very impressed with the quality of helpful volunteers at our school.

Thanks to everyone who came to the Usborne Book Fair.  Because of your participation, there was $6000 in books purchased; that means $3000 in books are now going to be chosen by teachers to add to their classroom libraries!  TPCA parents rock!
