 Happy New Year!
Tiny House Village Coming Together

The outpouring of support for LIHI and Nickelsville's first Tiny House Village has been incredible.  Located on Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd land at 22nd and Union, the Tiny House Village site has been a swarm of activity for the last few weeks as volunteers and future residents have come together to prepare the site and build the houses.

The Tiny House Village is looking good! So far we have wired the houses for electricity and are digging the trenches to connect the power. All of the houses are now on site, and just a few details remain until we can open.

LIHI is looking for volunteers to help with this set-up! We will be hosting two build days.  Join us this Sunday, the 10th, after the Seahawks game from 1-4 and on Monday the 11th from 10-4. We are looking for people who are able to paint walls, install plywood interiors and insulation, lay floor tiles, and do many other tasks. Just show up at 1419 22nd Ave. Seattle (Central Area) to help.  If you have questions, contact Monica Joe by email or 206-957-8042.
