Thank you to all of our fabulous donors.  In yesterday's GiveBig event, LIHI raised $15,820 for the Urban Rest Stops, Resident Supportive Services, and Veterans!  That amount will receive a % match (to be determined--last year was 11%) from the Seattle Foundation making your donations go even further.
 
Thanks to your dedicated voting, LIHI is really beginning to close in on 1st place in the Apron-in-Action Facebook Contest. At this moment we are just 3,500 votes behind, having halved our deficit within the past week. We are halfway through the contest now and you have voted for us an incredible 41,044 times. Let's go for 100,000 votes!  Please keep spreading the word by forwarding this email to all your family, friends, colleagues and contacts.
