RETURNING CDO STUDENT 2016-17
 ONLINE REGISTRATION

This year we are going ONLINE to complete the mandatory registration forms for returning CDO students.
All forms needed are included in PDF fillable form by clicking the "Returning CDO Students" tab
  • Complete-Print- Sign
  • Attach a current utility bill with your name and address (or 1 copy of another option listed on the Residency Documentation Form)
  • Attach the bright Green checklist that went home with your student  (this will help the registrar in updating a new address, phone numbers or emergency contact
  • Return completed packets to the counseling office
